Benny at Mottram Hall
Benny is one of our regular dog walking clients, so when his pawrents were preparing to tie the knot, they naturally turned to Woofs for Walks to help ensure Benny was included in their special day.
On the big day, we collected Benny from his home and transported him to Mottram Hall ahead of the ceremony. Having previously visited the venue to familiarise ourselves with the walking areas, we took Benny for a calming stroll around the grounds to help him feel relaxed and comfortable before the main event.
In close collaboration with the groom's sister and the venue’s team, we ensured Benny was perfectly positioned to participate in the ceremony by walking the rings down the aisle and meeting his pawrents for the exchanging of rings. Once the ceremony concluded, we resumed care of Benny, remaining discreetly in the background as we awaited the photographer's cue for post-ceremony pictures.
Finally, we escorted Benny to his overnight boarding facility in New Mills, just before the wedding breakfast, ensuring he was settled and cared for while the newlyweds enjoyed the remainder of their celebration.

Teddy’s pawrents reached out to us just one week before their wedding, having recently been informed that Teddy would not be allowed to accompany them into the ceremony. They were seeking a reliable service to supervise and care for Teddy outside the venue during the ceremony, and then return him to them afterward so he could join in the remainder of the celebrations.
Woofs for Walks stepped in at short notice to ensure Teddy could be an integral part of their special day, providing peace of mind and a seamless experience for both Teddy and his pawrents.
